Andrea shared brownies as her favorite dessert and admitted she is unable to make them very often, due to her inability to eat just one. While she couldn’t pick a single favorite cookbook, she loves making ice cream from The Perfect Scoop by David Lebovitz.

Stefin shared baklava as her favorite dessert, although she admitted to never making it! Perhaps this needs to be one of the baking challenges? One of her favorite cookbooks is Classic Home Desserts by Richard Sax, which she loves for its recipes and historical perspective on desserts.
